Therefore, we offer reliable and efficient support services to meet your Plone needs. Our support packages are available to anyone using Plone, whether the site was created and developed by Sharkbyte or not. 

A Sharkbyte support package provides you with the following assistance:

  • We will answer any questions you might have about Plone, this can include:
    • Websites developed with Plone
    • Software products built using Plone
    • Plone usage
    • Configuration and customisation
    • Underlying architecture
  • Full troubleshooting support, problem-solving, disaster recovery and any software bugs you might encounter. 
  • Recommending solutions, software products or architecture for solving potential problems, or just improving your website.

Support packages are dependent on your requirements and can start from as little as one hour per month. Contracts are on a 12-month term and payments are made either monthly or quarterly, upfront for that period. Support hours can be increased or decreased at any time, and changes will come into effect at the end of the current month or quarter. 

When you sign up, you get access to our Extranet, where you can log tickets for support. One of our developers will respond and the time is deducted from the available balance. The deductions will be in increments of 15 minutes and we have a guaranteed response time of 24 hours.
