How
Our projects are partnerships with our clients.
We also know that our projects stand or fall by the way they’re managed, so we ensure they are run in a clear and professional manner.
We've developed a comprehensive approach to creating websites for our clients. Its thoroughness helps us achieve a high quality of work, but it's also flexible enough for us to treat each customer and their specific requirements individually. This is the typical sequence of events:
- Initial chat
- After an initial chat on the phone, the client provides us with a requirements document. We use this as the starting point in the development process. If the client doesn’t have this, we will work with them to create one.
- Estimate
- Next we assess how much design and development effort would be required and provide the client with an estimate.
- Proposal
- Some refining normally takes place before we produce a detailed delivery proposal, the schedule, and the final estimate.
- Go-ahead
- When our client gives the go-ahead, we set up the project on our extranet. Detailed project documentation will be saved on here. This enables us to steer the project and make sure nothing gets overlooked and stays on course.
- Keep in touch
- We like to keep in constant communication with our clients and hold regular project reviews throughout the design and development process. We provide access to the site during development and frequently seek feedback.
- Test
- We will thoroughly test the new site with our client once it is completed. Following any changes or fixes we will go through the implementation process and launch the new site.
- On-going support
- Following the site launch, we remain in close contact with our client. This ensures the success of the website and allows for any changes, should they be required.
